Quinoa, a Protein Powerhouse from the Andes

I had some of this stuff out in San Fran a little while ago. This stuff is awesome. Season it with some spices like curry etc. and it is dynamite.

I haven't made it yet, but when I do, I'll try sauteeing it like the article I posted described. I probably won't add as many nuts or whatever, just load up on spices and beans, tofu or meat or something.
